药公司Yu Xue、复旦大学上海医学院Rong Xue等剽窃该所2001年在Circulation ' W$ G9 `' Q" s |杂志上的论文，于2007年3月在国际心血管杂志发表。令人气愤和发指的是，薛7 e( L6 ~* F( Z: `8 ]- H' v4 S

The figure in the Xue et al paper was copied from my paper! Much of $ S8 L. {; m3 K+ O6 k+ Ithe text was also copied. : e6 r$ M7 ]( Y% u9 ^I leave it to you to decide how to handle this situation but at the % B# b& }; h4 svery least I would expect the paper to be retracted, and the deans at8 O9 T d) V% l* p
the authors' institutions contacted to report this blatant fraud. I& M( h/ \: o, y4 y0 z) U6 i: v
am happy to say that in my five years as editor of the JCI I never$ n! c- m4 l8 s Y4 N( ]' l
