• Overall, think of your letter as a polite sales pitch about yourself and what benefits you can bring to the company.; [% ^' @' t: ~, D6 P
求职信说白了，就是推销自己，如果你进了公司，会给公司带来如何如何的好处，别怕羞，也别夸大其词。 4 u& y( H7 T5 L. o" J7 Z( `" \( V• Use the same name, content and format guidelines as for a business letter.$ e8 G+ S3 b) V( ~1 n5 O: b

• Address the letter to a specific person. If you can't discover a name, use a gender-neutral title such as "Dear Personnel Director." 对雇主，如果知道姓名，直接用Mr./Ms **, 如果不晓得，用中性称呼。 0 R" L! J6 s+ L* O• Open you letter by identifying the position for which you're applying.- u( i3 {; u: F8 R6 ~
