• Providing recruiting administration and coordination in support of a group of in house recruiters;* R6 m, F/ v: C# B3 h! v$ z7 C
• Responsible for CV searching, CV screening, phone screening of candidates; - L6 W. e# V+ _" U N: _• Arranges interviews for relevant parties and follow up administrative details, prepares presentations as needed;! w/ L: q8 a0 |' T$ p. h" ~. P
• Participates in pre-employment background check and the on-board process for new hires, such as produce employment contracts, create employee files and maintain employee checklists with 100% accuracy;6 q) }3 T/ P3 W% C* `- z
• Conducts related research; performs analyses and summarizes data to facilitate interpretation or to highlight key aspects/trends; + F2 @0 u5 X: e& E2 E. l1 J! E• Completes special projects as required and provides back up to other recruitment team members as needed.8 s% H+ P) K8 z* m! g

• College or bachelor degree above;1 e( ]1 I, `& J) c
• Be good at reading/writing/Oral English and Mandarin;0 S; d" c: L1 \! i) t
• Strong experience with internet and intranet based ATS (applicant tracking) and HRIS systems, preferably (PeopleSoft)1 |- ?# Z; t- x" S
• Excellent in Word and Excel, strong analytical skill; ' T7 B4 L) z3 u; X• Responsible and reliable# o0 C, _8 l; c3 `
• To apply Recruitment Specialist: 3 to 5 years working experience in recruiting, headhunting and in-house HR recruitment will be preferred;4 F S+ f# g3 u. e
