Responsibilities: 0 i" N6 M9 y$ I. q6 n• Providing recruiting administration and coordination in support of a group of in house recruiters; 4 R* A3 a4 l! g* p2 C. ]- Z( V• Responsible for CV searching, CV screening, phone screening of candidates;! X0 p( V0 p" c
• Arranges interviews for relevant parties and follow up administrative details, prepares presentations as needed; 2 O+ Y% t: Q* c6 A' `3 A• Participates in pre-employment background check and the on-board process for new hires, such as produce employment contracts, create employee files and maintain employee checklists with 100% accuracy;+ M% d7 I; x. r) s) O
• Conducts related research; performs analyses and summarizes data to facilitate interpretation or to highlight key aspects/trends;( ^6 P- |: j) X8 W5 `
• Completes special projects as required and provides back up to other recruitment team members as needed.) Y# [2 p1 @. v1 C# `: y

• Strong experience with internet and intranet based ATS (applicant tracking) and HRIS systems, preferably (PeopleSoft) " T8 D* G' D( O( u! Y H• Excellent in Word and Excel, strong analytical skill; $ i/ ~& z# P7 ]. a9 u' g" {• Responsible and reliable& d9 }: r1 ]# q5 i
• To apply Recruitment Specialist: 3 to 5 years working experience in recruiting, headhunting and in-house HR recruitment will be preferred;) \$ g Z7 n, d" J- @4 i, V Y; W( `
