Essential Functions (Responsibilities):7 K% d* d$ Z p7 g! _8 t
- In Charge of all HR Functions in ShaoXing Plant and Shanghai Branch office, working closely with Plant Manager/ HRD (Italian) to strategically set the tone for the culture of the China sites’ facility and resolves various Human Resource issues: 7 y4 |0 {1 O* Y; k' v9 b- Manage HR Planning and Recruiting, Interview and Selecting of employee to fill vacant positions utilizing the most cost effective methods( h- d, I$ D8 [ i" ?
- Develop, coordinate and roll out appropriate training and development programs : |, n- ^. F/ u- B/ v8 f2 p- Develop and implement a performance management process and work with Managers on resolving performance, staffing and training issues. ) l! w. `5 l3 R& m& Q/ m- Responsible for Compensation and Pay structure, administer all salary and benefit programs, ensuring compliance with all local laws and regulations. - N. d: }* Y. P0 a6 y- Complete special projects/ Admin Jobs as assigned by General Manager. ( `* P, j7 X! C9 Z2 V" E- Staffing and Labour Relation, Improve the communication between management and employees, x1 p, [$ `( z
-In charge of Recruitment and staffing information of Shanghai Branch office 9 t4 w$ M$ T* c8 [' H, Z( M-Submit HR related reports on a timely basis to Plant Manager and Italy HRD as required." v( ~* A- x. s

Qualifications / Requirements:6 _2 D% @1 V1 \8 m; g$ }2 a) E
" L W+ P# ^. Y* Y! R x3 c- B.S. / B.A. with minimum of 5 years of progressive human resource management experience. : m7 @" R: E6 N7 P' t$ ^ w
- Knowledge of Chinese Labor Law, local regulations regarding employment issues and related matters * b1 W7 l& d# |0 H0 H- Strong in resolving conflicts and handle multiple, ever-changing priorities in a fast paced environment" K: J/ V; ]+ X+ Q' C( m$ R; z
