when deeply practicing prajna-paramita,
1 C! ?! h4 @. W# W* Zclearly saw that the five skandhas are all empty,

行深般若波罗蜜多时
: [8 u6 X6 B$ h' ]8 {5 H照见五蕴皆空度一切苦厄0 {+ E( @. |) ~: H. X. @
Sariputra,
O; o( F+ C% U) |form is no different to emptiness,
/ x7 P, u% E4 K7 I/ |& ^ Semptiness no different to form.
% R# Z( _, z4 f& @5 G+ @That which is form is emptiness,# f, [8 T; z/ C: O. h& P' h" Z
that which is emptiness, form.
( G3 G9 Z2 H7 f舍利子/ P) v n, N6 N! n1 Y1 w7 x
色不异空空不异色. q w3 N* x+ [0 B$ r1 m! w- n
色即是空空即是色
5 k: C8 w; M) b' F. p3 `Sensations, perceptions, impressions, and consciousness are also like this.
0 e$ Y5 I- e3 A1 h. _! o9 i8 E; `受想行识亦复如是& X6 J D5 _1 L4 L& O
Sariputra,4 b9 }3 R9 g# _+ s9 M, ^/ v( n
all things and phenomena are marked by emptiness;3 a9 s! v" ~* Q7 C9 j4 [
they are neither appearing nor disappearing,5 r: F! ?& D0 Z! ]
neither impure nor pure,
* t5 j" F: k: _6 J0 R2 p, Nneither increasing nor decreasing.3 S& O, X& k% s( O; J$ f4 t
舍利子; ~8 L4 f, o e* d* w/ A' O
是诸法空相不生不灭
% U3 s8 M- U- ~; u8 ? P+ H不垢不净不增不减9 s. V+ _2 o8 A6 p
Therefore, in emptiness,
6 A1 t8 M/ \8 ^+ R3 b: Z M8 X, \no forms, no sensations, perceptions, impressions, or consciousness;
: f5 u, _+ k2 R" _7 {no eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, mind;& k$ g: C7 L% b4 W
是故空中无色无受想行识
7 e/ l7 V4 i _无眼耳鼻舌身意( u* \, B& i, v9 R8 x$ s
no sights, sounds, odors, tastes, objects of touch, objects of mind;3 r6 v! x7 K* c
no realm of sight up to no realm of consciousness;
; _2 T$ C* E% b; A无色声香味触法: u/ |6 h5 b: W6 Q" H
无眼界乃至无意识界
5 ^) i1 Y6 h* Eno ignorance and no end of ignorance,
& u0 I5 U5 B N% c9 D0 @and no end of aging and death;
3 b. t1 y5 G$ G2 R1 O+ F) H7 D5 A4 t无无明亦无无明尽1 q. P2 R0 u: r) y2 @) Y a
乃至无老死亦无老死尽6 d$ V+ o( X! Z% f; v9 _
no suffering, accumulation, cessation, or path;
. I" K1 E' ]8 y& z! T' Qno wisdom and no attainment.
) X, ^# P. g$ |9 {3 a& A& ]无苦集灭道无智亦无得
- g; s m$ \! ~* g( ~! W; MWith nothing to attain,
. G" D" I; }( |2 F/ U8 v5 Dbodhisattvas+ B/ G$ D( E: H: V* [1 A
rely on prajna-paramita,
1 l- r) ^$ v7 K# h' Iand their minds are without hindrance.3 i, i$ l- M1 P2 Q+ {
以无所得故 ?9 u' y: K7 O' U4 ?+ d0 B; i
菩提萨陲依般若波罗蜜多故. J3 ~. V3 e) o. ]: L2 P# \
They are without hindrance,2 ^7 }, A! l& @3 Z: \! |
and thus without fear.8 f w2 d6 a g3 t7 M
心无碍无碍故无有恐怖* ^0 B) ^7 r' @0 V# l. ]
Far apart from all confused dreams,' Z! p2 K$ T) p
they dwell in nirvana.
: W3 u( r' w/ V- T2 Z9 G/ n* q远离颠倒梦想究竟涅盘! c! V! n: w4 d
All buddhas of the past, present and future: K: n2 @' g6 }. b
rely on prajna-paramita,
# h5 T4 @4 k0 S/ R _1 |% [( b' Gand attain anuttara-samyak-sambodhi.% y* x- D" j; p/ v
三世诸佛依般若波罗蜜多故
6 E; W# Q% v8 H; E1 u3 g; U得阿耨多罗三藐三菩提" X! m3 }) i( {& I, M$ c/ f% S
Therefore, know that prajna-paramita H K8 Q+ v9 Z- z! b) E2 z3 U
is the great transcendent mantra,
, i' ^' x7 l x, I/ t3 ?the great bright mantra,7 b( n" F6 C$ h3 r2 P; ?8 r
the supreme mantra,
1 P/ K) n7 v/ S/ c3 N; Z: `the unequalled balanced mantra,
: w0 F2 N& r5 f. vthat can eliminate all suffering,
& }) x* u" o5 t/ h' Dand is real, not false.' f4 c3 M" q6 v' X1 G
故知般若波罗蜜多! v4 ^7 H/ P* f7 r: l8 Y
是大神咒是大明咒是无上咒& N2 V0 s- D$ E$ L0 {
是无等等咒能除一切苦真实不虚
# P7 _/ q0 \3 F k/ v) rSo proclaim the prajna-paramita mantra,2 z$ [2 O% h1 ^! Q" E0 D2 g
proclaim the mantra that says:

parasamgate,
}- J! q. u$ _$ _bodhi, svaha!
