Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
0 O! g! N3 I: a' w! a. p3 a- In Charge of all HR Functions in ShaoXing Plant and Shanghai Branch office, working closely with Plant Manager/ HRD (Italian) to strategically set the tone for the culture of the China sites’ facility and resolves various Human Resource issues:7 ?7 o1 h" D$ g# X  ?3 J$ U
- Manage HR Planning and Recruiting, Interview and Selecting of employee to fill vacant positions utilizing the most cost effective methods. I9 C0 Z8 U" a% D/ d
- Develop, coordinate and roll out appropriate training and development programs* r8 A+ z+ a* C' ^0 W+ c2 x6 X
- Develop and implement a performance management process and work with Managers on resolving performance, staffing and training issues.
9 R0 z) P5 j1 ~- D6 L# o" l- Responsible for Compensation and Pay structure, administer all salary and benefit programs, ensuring compliance with all local laws and regulations.
+ `! l6 N( C+ v3 c- Complete special projects/ Admin Jobs as assigned by General Manager.4 G: g- w! G1 G; B. `- K8 `" A" n
- Staffing and Labour Relation, Improve the communication between management and employees8 d9 [9 K" G3 {" U, Q, N+ c5 F; B1 s
-In charge of Recruitment and staffing information of Shanghai Branch office
& x0 w9 _# g) J2 e-Submit HR related reports on a timely basis to Plant Manager and Italy HRD as required., k' y5 Q" X9 K; H
- Provide Professional HR support and value-added consultation to top management on daily business operations; V" e7 G: c$ [
$ R; }- \8 t# s+ O+ V* K2 I
Qualifications / Requirements:# s5 J7 r- a7 ?  f6 _

+ z; ^! A+ _( X7 }) [" E( m- B.S. / B.A. with minimum of 5 years of progressive human resource management experience.
( N$ d7 h) n1 {- Knowledge of Chinese Labor Law, local regulations regarding employment issues and related matters 9 s9 p2 R' o7 R/ Z( ]
- Strong in resolving conflicts and handle multiple, ever-changing priorities in a fast paced environment5 r+ @  B/ r5 t  N: v, ~
- Structured, analytical way of working motivated and committed personality with teamwork, initiative, enforcement capacity, problem solving and routine use in the international environment.% t! B5 j2 k8 M- c" [
- Languages: fluent English speaking . f5 C; @9 _5 _- i$ J; f
