Recruitment Specialist/Recruitment coordinator（某大型知名外资企业急招招聘专员3名）。

/ e2 v0 }/ k% c2 m7 eResponsibilities:
) H6 j" W( a  |6 J+ |•      Providing recruiting administration and coordination in support of a group of in house recruiters;
7 r, U' Z5 d- U8 N" s•      Responsible for CV searching, CV screening, phone screening of candidates;
( K8 U* f6 c7 g! ^5 C6 T•      Arranges interviews for relevant parties and follow up  administrative details, prepares presentations as needed;
•      Participates in pre-employment background check and the on-board process for new hires, such as produce employment contracts, create employee files and maintain employee checklists with 100% accuracy;
& L4 x6 Z7 R# U( b•      Conducts related research; performs analyses and summarizes data to facilitate interpretation or to highlight key aspects/trends;
# \, S7 s7 T5 @' ?" D' r•      Completes special projects as required and provides back up to other recruitment team members as needed.

Essential :
' v  s& ]( H' A7 s) \6 s•      College or bachelor degree above;
•      Be good at reading/writing/Oral English and Mandarin;
2 Q0 X, ~6 D$ F! @* y•      Strong experience with  internet and intranet based ATS (applicant tracking) and HRIS systems, preferably (PeopleSoft)
  |" {# ^1 H8 }$ x•      Excellent in Word and Excel, strong analytical skill;
1 t- H" Z" ^) b' P& \•      Responsible and reliable
•      To apply Recruitment Specialist: 3 to 5 years working experience in recruiting, headhunting and in-house HR recruitment  will be preferred;
•      To apply Recruitment coordinator: 1 to 2 years HR working experience;
