Responsibilities:
5 S/ ]. L3 ?5 H; w# @( D• Providing recruiting administration and coordination in support of a group of in house recruiters;
4 t; M- t- S2 C• Responsible for CV searching, CV screening, phone screening of candidates;
/ x. Z' ?, A" v. ^• Arranges interviews for relevant parties and follow up administrative details, prepares presentations as needed;
" e2 d. X' n& c, S6 A9 S# \- B• Participates in pre-employment background check and the on-board process for new hires, such as produce employment contracts, create employee files and maintain employee checklists with 100% accuracy;6 z7 j, I/ K; b$ g5 @2 L
• Conducts related research; performs analyses and summarizes data to facilitate interpretation or to highlight key aspects/trends;/ e( f9 z8 E4 B6 n
• Completes special projects as required and provides back up to other recruitment team members as needed.

Essential :
& Z% V3 Z: }+ h+ k! x4 ~8 }* ~• College or bachelor degree above;! f% g; \% ?( y3 Z
• Be good at reading/writing/Oral English and Mandarin;
1 e9 Q+ s; r2 o% [( f4 P9 P) E• Strong experience with internet and intranet based ATS (applicant tracking) and HRIS systems, preferably (PeopleSoft)
' W+ p8 o- K$ W h• Excellent in Word and Excel, strong analytical skill;* Q. U V* g9 F' k3 `& X! R6 M* R
• Responsible and reliable
9 p3 I4 j" w1 p% z+ E! ], G t• To apply Recruitment Specialist: 3 to 5 years working experience in recruiting, headhunting and in-house HR recruitment will be preferred;
