investigation JCI)杂志主编）最近发现中国杭州师范大学薛树仁、上海复星医
9 A) j* m' F" }4 U0 X% U1 y( \- @$ Z药公司Yu Xue、复旦大学上海医学院Rong Xue等剽窃该所2001年在Circulation
杂志上的论文，于2007年3月在国际心血管杂志发表。令人气愤和发指的是，薛
0 f7 {7 X% C( V" P1 y7 v等竟然完全抄袭论文，连插图都几乎未做修改。以下是Andrew R. Marks给国际
/ k  B7 R! z& B. }, m- M8 u2 i心血管杂志主编的投诉信，附带两篇论文。

calcium release channel structure and function in heart failure" vol
# G0 t% }9 W2 c3 @! w, V116, pages 231-235 (attached) is a blatant and outrageous plagiarism
of a paper from my lab (also attached) published in Circulation in
) q( q, ?+ J( o, d# V" U  q2 i2001.
The figure in the Xue et al paper was copied from my paper!  Much of
7 K9 O6 v, ?( X2 R- lthe text was also copied.
I leave it to you to decide how to handle this situation but at the
very least I would expect the paper to be retracted, and the deans at
the authors' institutions contacted to report this blatant fraud.  I
! t0 g" ~  H# Y( e0 d$ iam happy to say that in my five years as editor of the JCI I never
9 ]/ h+ P) N* Q1 ]7 H* N4 |/ ~7 W9 }saw such an outrageous incident!
