" h! \, e- l; l# JRequirements:
1. Basic knowledge acquired of mechanical engineering design, mechanics and     material science concepts and techniques, addition to chemical, electrical,     magnetic, material science, or mechanic concepts and techniques, and material     characterization.
2. Skills and abilities required to perform job including analysis, communication in     both oral and written, problem solving and troubleshooting skills, and be a team     player.
3. Abilities and skills acquired to assemble, service and troubleshooting process     related equipment.
4. Education background with BS/MS/Ph.D degree in Chemical / Microelectronics /     Engineering and Physics, Materials Science or equivalent knowledge needed
5. Preferred related processing experience in a development or manufacturing     environment are preferred.
! P9 H; |+ e8 v( I4 jElectronic Engineer – 电子工程师 （ 6 人）              Location: Xi'An
" C) W1 R0 C9 QRequirements:
1. Fast learning ability acquired
# L1 s& d9 b! G: ]2. Knowledge acquired to perform jobs including basics of electrical engineering     design, troubleshooting to component level, system engineering design, analog
2 @4 r8 V" |+ g7 k, k    and digital circuitry design, power controls, robotics, and possibly Radio
    Frequency  concepts, exposure to electrical CAD tools, and basic understanding
    and utilization of engineering documentation.
9 [* w/ y$ [; ?3 j* G3. Skills and abilities to perform jobs including analysis, communication in both
     oral  and written, problem solving and troubleshooting skills, PC skills, and      teamwork sprit.
4. Education background with BS/MS/Ph.D degree in Electronics Engineering or     equivalent knowledge/experience is needed, MS degree in Electrical Engineering

5. Related experience in Semiconductor industry is preferred.
Mechanical Engineer – 机械工程师 （7 人）          Location: Xi'An
1 K4 v8 x: h/ }Requirements:
" M" a; T; g% z5 Z9 d) T6 G1. Fast learning abilities requested.
  G* F' C! D1 N; m2. Knowledge acquired of Mechanical engineering design, including
     thermodynamics,     heat transfer, measurement control, stress analysis, finite
; I8 e. t( O. I5 D2 |& l, |     element analysis, system     integration, and exposure to CAD tools.
- _  G4 E' I7 i6 F# V8 J; ~' z/ k/ ?3. Knowledge of systems and software skill, such as Lotus Notes, MS Word, Excel,     PowerPoint, MS Project, Inventor, AutoCAD, Oracle BOM, and/or Oracle ECO.
* T, \! v8 r, Q; ~4. Skills of change management, communication, problem solving, product     technology, and strong self-motivation and team work sprit.
5. Education background with BS/MS. Ph.D degree in Mechanical Engineering or     equivalent
Software Engineer – 软件工程师 （ 6 人）             Location: Xi'An
Requirements:
1. Extensive knowledge of relevant software languages, environment and
    development     tools including advanced knowledge of manufacturing systems     (MES).
2. Skills and abilities to perform job include analysis, communication in both oral
    and  written, problem solving and troubleshooting, detail oriented, and be a team     player.
3. Following special skills needed :
