" q1 r: M" p* W8 V; \6 r! ]Essential Functions (Responsibilities):1 Q7 J6 H' F) j/ J) E+ e
- In Charge of all HR Functions in ShaoXing Plant and Shanghai Branch office, working closely with Plant Manager/ HRD (Italian) to strategically set the tone for the culture of the China sites’ facility and resolves various Human Resource issues:4 X5 u& T6 T; ^  ]& w# l% i; M
- Manage HR Planning and Recruiting, Interview and Selecting of employee to fill vacant positions utilizing the most cost effective methods, i& E2 Z: o/ a1 M2 S8 n( v5 b
- Develop, coordinate and roll out appropriate training and development programs0 x4 I8 C. p: k8 `
- Develop and implement a performance management process and work with Managers on resolving performance, staffing and training issues.: r  S2 d& x9 W. i1 f+ v5 s) V0 B7 U5 C
- Responsible for Compensation and Pay structure, administer all salary and benefit programs, ensuring compliance with all local laws and regulations.
  \; p/ ]  t" J' h- Complete special projects/ Admin Jobs as assigned by General Manager.) v. D6 B6 S& E2 M( @. a
- Staffing and Labour Relation, Improve the communication between management and employees
8 r" \/ E. T) ~  f& i8 f-In charge of Recruitment and staffing information of Shanghai Branch office: t5 R9 r' F. S5 y* W
-Submit HR related reports on a timely basis to Plant Manager and Italy HRD as required.' A  M# H% @2 {9 ^$ g; L- E
- Provide Professional HR support and value-added consultation to top management on daily business operations

- z/ D" U8 ~2 v. J5 w3 V  M" qQualifications / Requirements:
! o1 s6 Q0 r: z7 T9 J2 t  p0 a: M% {$ \& f( m1 }  r
- B.S. / B.A. with minimum of 5 years of progressive human resource management experience.
. u0 z" X! K0 }" s- Knowledge of Chinese Labor Law, local regulations regarding employment issues and related matters
% r  ^2 g+ c6 K/ w  k- Strong in resolving conflicts and handle multiple, ever-changing priorities in a fast paced environment
( I& Q3 H( o& S+ k. W- Structured, analytical way of working motivated and committed personality with teamwork, initiative, enforcement capacity, problem solving and routine use in the international environment.
