Recruitment Specialist/Recruitment coordinator（某大型知名外资企业急招招聘专员3名）。

Responsibilities:
, Z/ l, ]" w0 N8 z0 Q•      Providing recruiting administration and coordination in support of a group of in house recruiters;
•      Responsible for CV searching, CV screening, phone screening of candidates;
, w+ A0 e) }5 ?9 v6 u•      Arranges interviews for relevant parties and follow up  administrative details, prepares presentations as needed;
' D1 B% T$ m/ b" s( @$ M•      Participates in pre-employment background check and the on-board process for new hires, such as produce employment contracts, create employee files and maintain employee checklists with 100% accuracy;
•      Conducts related research; performs analyses and summarizes data to facilitate interpretation or to highlight key aspects/trends;
•      Completes special projects as required and provides back up to other recruitment team members as needed.

•      College or bachelor degree above;
, g. z/ V, C( n% c•      Be good at reading/writing/Oral English and Mandarin;
; M- j5 Z; @% S2 w8 v•      Strong experience with  internet and intranet based ATS (applicant tracking) and HRIS systems, preferably (PeopleSoft)
•      Excellent in Word and Excel, strong analytical skill;
•      Responsible and reliable
/ _7 k; o5 g6 e•      To apply Recruitment Specialist: 3 to 5 years working experience in recruiting, headhunting and in-house HR recruitment  will be preferred;
