• Providing recruiting administration and coordination in support of a group of in house recruiters;4 g- g) Z" X9 f Q+ |% o$ G- T
• Responsible for CV searching, CV screening, phone screening of candidates;
" P A4 M# ^ e. N9 q0 M• Arranges interviews for relevant parties and follow up administrative details, prepares presentations as needed;: B9 j4 ^* b% `1 I: Y
• Participates in pre-employment background check and the on-board process for new hires, such as produce employment contracts, create employee files and maintain employee checklists with 100% accuracy;
8 w+ [# s1 }+ N2 p9 h• Conducts related research; performs analyses and summarizes data to facilitate interpretation or to highlight key aspects/trends;, w8 g6 L$ P% ^8 T% j$ S
• Completes special projects as required and provides back up to other recruitment team members as needed.# M8 I0 b# c# E% N8 T. m2 [ X' l% p

• College or bachelor degree above;; r2 b+ M* X6 i2 q# ]8 u
• Be good at reading/writing/Oral English and Mandarin;2 g: ~! o# d, Y" K5 v
• Strong experience with internet and intranet based ATS (applicant tracking) and HRIS systems, preferably (PeopleSoft)* W9 V6 e. r. B5 }1 x- B6 Y
• Excellent in Word and Excel, strong analytical skill;

• To apply Recruitment Specialist: 3 to 5 years working experience in recruiting, headhunting and in-house HR recruitment will be preferred;+ A% z5 v; ^* J: D; l% s
• To apply Recruitment coordinator: 1 to 2 years HR working experience;
