D0 r- B7 L, Q• Providing recruiting administration and coordination in support of a group of in house recruiters;
! W0 A; f. L" @• Responsible for CV searching, CV screening, phone screening of candidates;) W6 y0 T' d1 }0 {# {
• Arranges interviews for relevant parties and follow up administrative details, prepares presentations as needed;
$ H. W0 ~* w" G• Participates in pre-employment background check and the on-board process for new hires, such as produce employment contracts, create employee files and maintain employee checklists with 100% accuracy;
3 Y( z( [. w7 v) }• Conducts related research; performs analyses and summarizes data to facilitate interpretation or to highlight key aspects/trends;
2 A* x) a: L+ U• Completes special projects as required and provides back up to other recruitment team members as needed.+ n% B% z/ o K0 a8 ? H$ ?

• College or bachelor degree above;
( D5 T; t/ d4 }% K2 [• Be good at reading/writing/Oral English and Mandarin;
9 r. n8 u# `2 q; O' X7 n+ _ P4 a• Strong experience with internet and intranet based ATS (applicant tracking) and HRIS systems, preferably (PeopleSoft)0 P; U0 ?1 j% z1 S# x' G. i( O
• Excellent in Word and Excel, strong analytical skill;

• To apply Recruitment Specialist: 3 to 5 years working experience in recruiting, headhunting and in-house HR recruitment will be preferred;
