• Providing recruiting administration and coordination in support of a group of in house recruiters;( ?4 X; J5 _' @4 _" T8 J" U
• Responsible for CV searching, CV screening, phone screening of candidates;
/ d/ j# o+ b/ g9 I0 }2 m• Arranges interviews for relevant parties and follow up administrative details, prepares presentations as needed;' s* t* }9 _% V' O
• Participates in pre-employment background check and the on-board process for new hires, such as produce employment contracts, create employee files and maintain employee checklists with 100% accuracy;
' w$ L8 W, {4 O• Conducts related research; performs analyses and summarizes data to facilitate interpretation or to highlight key aspects/trends;, S" o0 I: i7 }. n9 a, E
• Completes special projects as required and provides back up to other recruitment team members as needed.

• College or bachelor degree above;
; N) h, `9 [2 X# l' r7 h• Be good at reading/writing/Oral English and Mandarin;- W% H6 |% g8 p' e+ D! V
• Strong experience with internet and intranet based ATS (applicant tracking) and HRIS systems, preferably (PeopleSoft)
" S5 ]# |5 M% g$ i' x- i0 W• Excellent in Word and Excel, strong analytical skill;- s* p4 X2 q* ~5 P- e
• Responsible and reliable
8 o# P, n/ D) T, P• To apply Recruitment Specialist: 3 to 5 years working experience in recruiting, headhunting and in-house HR recruitment will be preferred;0 V0 Y* l9 @7 k$ }( s
• To apply Recruitment coordinator: 1 to 2 years HR working experience;
