Recruitment Specialist/Recruitment coordinator(某大型知名外资企业急招招聘专员3名)。# E( a8 j C4 o9 r' v1 W

Responsibilities:
, Z/ l, ]" w0 N8 z0 Q• Providing recruiting administration and coordination in support of a group of in house recruiters;; {* M" T& x: S3 W4 a
• Responsible for CV searching, CV screening, phone screening of candidates;
, w+ A0 e) }5 ?9 v6 u• Arranges interviews for relevant parties and follow up administrative details, prepares presentations as needed;
' D1 B% T$ m/ b" s( @$ M• Participates in pre-employment background check and the on-board process for new hires, such as produce employment contracts, create employee files and maintain employee checklists with 100% accuracy;7 S4 W4 W% s! L: k* { A: H
• Conducts related research; performs analyses and summarizes data to facilitate interpretation or to highlight key aspects/trends;! V4 X+ {( E7 j
• Completes special projects as required and provides back up to other recruitment team members as needed.4 J2 O1 r/ Y2 ~3 O* G7 s" V; }
" |* M- `7 A |+ R- x& _/ WEssential : " c, h, Y m, T) C. V
• College or bachelor degree above;
, g. z/ V, C( n% c• Be good at reading/writing/Oral English and Mandarin;
; M- j5 Z; @% S2 w8 v• Strong experience with internet and intranet based ATS (applicant tracking) and HRIS systems, preferably (PeopleSoft)) A5 [8 e; R2 a; G4 Y$ M
• Excellent in Word and Excel, strong analytical skill;9 O+ J- W5 R, H* X
• Responsible and reliable
/ _7 k; o5 g6 e• To apply Recruitment Specialist: 3 to 5 years working experience in recruiting, headhunting and in-house HR recruitment will be preferred;
