5 w$ m+ T% a# s5 j5 m• Providing recruiting administration and coordination in support of a group of in house recruiters;1 W5 T- y* q! c7 D9 e6 S
• Responsible for CV searching, CV screening, phone screening of candidates;
/ S: s( U5 ^1 ?0 X' l; a: N• Arranges interviews for relevant parties and follow up administrative details, prepares presentations as needed;
' U* k( J6 ~1 P& }/ ^% F% Q• Participates in pre-employment background check and the on-board process for new hires, such as produce employment contracts, create employee files and maintain employee checklists with 100% accuracy;; y: y8 b. |- E1 S. X
• Conducts related research; performs analyses and summarizes data to facilitate interpretation or to highlight key aspects/trends;
) c X$ X' P; Z5 M• Completes special projects as required and provides back up to other recruitment team members as needed.

Essential :
( g; n5 L6 \" r- v) ~/ b" X8 o• College or bachelor degree above;
5 a6 M' h8 ]% a+ Z• Be good at reading/writing/Oral English and Mandarin;3 l- F* _- \4 X: a
• Strong experience with internet and intranet based ATS (applicant tracking) and HRIS systems, preferably (PeopleSoft)9 Z# c2 Z" b! Q# }6 t' ~
• Excellent in Word and Excel, strong analytical skill;

• To apply Recruitment Specialist: 3 to 5 years working experience in recruiting, headhunting and in-house HR recruitment will be preferred;5 Q7 E' U$ `0 J1 o3 J9 K" t0 W
• To apply Recruitment coordinator: 1 to 2 years HR working experience;
