Reporting to: solid line to Plant Manager, dotted line to HRD

Essential Functions (Responsibilities):- d) x/ C- ]* C/ M  y4 `+ U6 x! D
- In Charge of all HR Functions in ShaoXing Plant and Shanghai Branch office, working closely with Plant Manager/ HRD (Italian) to strategically set the tone for the culture of the China sites’ facility and resolves various Human Resource issues:
4 Z- _- p" b, w- Manage HR Planning and Recruiting, Interview and Selecting of employee to fill vacant positions utilizing the most cost effective methods
* j/ x1 K+ j0 U; E- Z) D$ A( |- Develop, coordinate and roll out appropriate training and development programs/ c  l5 b# H6 @2 L. A  w
- Develop and implement a performance management process and work with Managers on resolving performance, staffing and training issues.
) ]; o( _: w& h- B3 ^5 t- Responsible for Compensation and Pay structure, administer all salary and benefit programs, ensuring compliance with all local laws and regulations.
+ O3 ]" n  H4 |2 p! [: ^1 Z- Complete special projects/ Admin Jobs as assigned by General Manager.
4 B6 T9 g3 c3 t$ ]- Staffing and Labour Relation, Improve the communication between management and employees- D7 L4 Z4 l; I* Q; D/ ^
-In charge of Recruitment and staffing information of Shanghai Branch office, j1 p5 e2 J; b$ K/ b- g) N
-Submit HR related reports on a timely basis to Plant Manager and Italy HRD as required.
% P/ w+ q% d" R% ^, L- Provide Professional HR support and value-added consultation to top management on daily business operations9 T+ m; j& V4 I; K: }
0 f7 A4 L6 ^2 y) N- {! y; I+ `
Qualifications / Requirements:. E; x4 W; Z5 D
& P% @) [1 L' ?" o7 L- C" s* p- [
- B.S. / B.A. with minimum of 5 years of progressive human resource management experience.
1 U! j- A0 p8 F& O7 [1 ?- Knowledge of Chinese Labor Law, local regulations regarding employment issues and related matters
$ T* h9 I( h- ?& A# t- Strong in resolving conflicts and handle multiple, ever-changing priorities in a fast paced environment- M& O7 [0 t$ H3 M, m( _- e
- Structured, analytical way of working motivated and committed personality with teamwork, initiative, enforcement capacity, problem solving and routine use in the international environment.
