% I* h& Z0 c/ h* JEssential Functions (Responsibilities):: ~5 k  S( [9 a+ N6 Y+ |
- In Charge of all HR Functions in ShaoXing Plant and Shanghai Branch office, working closely with Plant Manager/ HRD (Italian) to strategically set the tone for the culture of the China sites’ facility and resolves various Human Resource issues:" I/ Q8 C# F6 }
- Manage HR Planning and Recruiting, Interview and Selecting of employee to fill vacant positions utilizing the most cost effective methods
# O' Z/ U3 Z6 E) N0 u8 O- Develop, coordinate and roll out appropriate training and development programs
3 E9 b  T( ?& l1 ]9 Y8 \3 ~8 E- Develop and implement a performance management process and work with Managers on resolving performance, staffing and training issues.
9 a' ]# W& ~, a7 a7 e- Responsible for Compensation and Pay structure, administer all salary and benefit programs, ensuring compliance with all local laws and regulations.
5 u6 b! [2 l3 j, X& a( ]" D- Complete special projects/ Admin Jobs as assigned by General Manager.8 Y: {8 u2 V' `; b8 f9 N, \
- Staffing and Labour Relation, Improve the communication between management and employees
2 |9 r5 \2 U) l+ Z4 W2 A-In charge of Recruitment and staffing information of Shanghai Branch office
' Z. x/ z$ [% f2 {0 x( ?-Submit HR related reports on a timely basis to Plant Manager and Italy HRD as required.
' u1 S- N/ v, }2 r( ]$ f- Provide Professional HR support and value-added consultation to top management on daily business operations# x* t* t( t6 ?5 W

Qualifications / Requirements:
1 l1 S, a0 B) \5 A9 k5 Z7 H8 X- e/ r- p
- B.S. / B.A. with minimum of 5 years of progressive human resource management experience. 5 D) M5 P; r! @$ t% T' A
- Knowledge of Chinese Labor Law, local regulations regarding employment issues and related matters
* d* j/ f' z9 f2 _/ ]7 _- Strong in resolving conflicts and handle multiple, ever-changing priorities in a fast paced environment5 G; f, l! g9 V/ u7 b
- Structured, analytical way of working motivated and committed personality with teamwork, initiative, enforcement capacity, problem solving and routine use in the international environment.. ?4 \' ~8 y2 P4 u8 M$ |0 O
- Languages: fluent English speaking - W. |- ?" f2 k1 H! k0 L- c
