4 }! w0 ^4 I  J4 `2 i& c* s. \' REssential Functions (Responsibilities):
3 @, Y4 A) l( a, i- In Charge of all HR Functions in ShaoXing Plant and Shanghai Branch office, working closely with Plant Manager/ HRD (Italian) to strategically set the tone for the culture of the China sites’ facility and resolves various Human Resource issues:
  O' Y% t: i# A6 |$ D4 I- Manage HR Planning and Recruiting, Interview and Selecting of employee to fill vacant positions utilizing the most cost effective methods
  L2 X$ ~8 s; O# D" Y' Y. o) e7 Y7 g) |- Develop, coordinate and roll out appropriate training and development programs4 R; M! y" I0 o+ P. X8 J# H
- Develop and implement a performance management process and work with Managers on resolving performance, staffing and training issues.
9 j1 g; g# K! [# F4 e- Responsible for Compensation and Pay structure, administer all salary and benefit programs, ensuring compliance with all local laws and regulations.
. V0 _9 N- e# e% Z( A- Complete special projects/ Admin Jobs as assigned by General Manager.
1 u1 u: o, E' M/ C8 @% P- Staffing and Labour Relation, Improve the communication between management and employees
- l; k3 L3 z1 d* v: s-In charge of Recruitment and staffing information of Shanghai Branch office' [* q4 N3 f$ e! m( v
-Submit HR related reports on a timely basis to Plant Manager and Italy HRD as required.
8 Y9 @" p1 B9 A) W$ F6 ?' j- Provide Professional HR support and value-added consultation to top management on daily business operations

Qualifications / Requirements:8 m+ ~3 U" u: o7 H2 Z

+ c1 E9 Q9 N+ g: H' F# e- B.S. / B.A. with minimum of 5 years of progressive human resource management experience.
& j' q% q1 F# P5 i- `* v  f- Knowledge of Chinese Labor Law, local regulations regarding employment issues and related matters
+ @% S1 ]" n) }! X5 j. e- Strong in resolving conflicts and handle multiple, ever-changing priorities in a fast paced environment; w  b/ I5 x  E$ K
- Structured, analytical way of working motivated and committed personality with teamwork, initiative, enforcement capacity, problem solving and routine use in the international environment.
