各位好: 公司食堂自创建以来,一直得到领导及全体员工的关心和支持。随着人们观念的更新、对健康生活品质关注程度的提高,食堂也面临着如何提高自身业务和服务水平,以更好地满足员工不同需求的新课题。为此在考察了高校及市场化运作的食堂后,结合公司情况,我们提出了食堂更新改造方案并经公司管理会议通过。现就大家较关心的问题给予详细说明。 1、为什么要进行此次更新,最终目的是什么? 降低食堂总成本,加大员工就餐自由选择度,减少人为食物浪费,提倡文明就餐环境,宣传健康饮食文化,让我们“做得更多,做得更好”。 2、更新后会有哪些变化,具体表现在什么地方? >将打菜台改造为开放式,方便员工自由选择菜品; >购置了全新的橱具,保证提供新鲜卫生的食物; >采用非接触式IC卡系统进行刷卡就餐,各种菜肴均有明码标价,员工可根据个人口味自由选择; >推陈菜式新品种,增加面食杂粮类,提供丰富健康的食品; >传播饮食文化,做好健康养身知识宣传。 3、更新后就餐费用会增加吗? 随着物价水平的上涨及员工总人数的增多,食堂总成本也逐年增加,目前公司对每位员工每餐的补贴已达3元(未含人工及水电气费)。我们将结合市场情况及采购成本对菜品定价,基本保证每餐费用与以前一致。目前暂定价格为:荤菜类为2-2.5元/份、荤素类为1.5-2.0元/份、蔬菜类为0.5-1.0元/份、酸奶1.5元/份、水果为0.5元/份、米饭为0.5元/份(吃饱)、汤免费。我们会根据食堂实际收支情况适时对菜价进行调整。..... Some details you care for are as following: 1. Why we take new measures for canteen and what’s the purpose? We intend to reduce total cost of canteen and the employees can choose meal freely and avoid wasting food. We also want to provide clean environment and publicize dietetic culture .Our final purpose is to provide good service and ensure healthy food. Let’s “Do better ,Do more ”. 2. What will changed after new measures taken for canteen? > Meal platform will be changed to be open for choosing meal freely; >New cooking facility will be used to provide fresh and healthy foods; > Non-touch IC card system will be used.Various foods have different price, you can make your own choice by your taste; > New flavour food will be supplied to satisfy employee’s needs, together with noodle and other cereals; >Publicizing food culture and convey information about healthy life. 3. Do we pay more money for meal than before? With the price level rise and rapid growth of employees, total cost for canteen has gradually increased, and the allowance for per meal and per employee has been raised to RMB 3 Yuan. (Labour cost, water and power supply fees are not included) .We will make price for meals according to food market situation and purchase cost. To ensure the expense of per meal is almost same as before,Tentative price for meals are: Meat: 2-2.5 Yuan; Meat and Vegetable: 1.5-2.0 Yuan; Only Vegetable: 0.5-1.0 Yuan; Yoghourt: 1.5Yuan; Fruit: 0.5Yuan; Rice: 0.5Yuan (till eat your fill); Soup: free of charge.
